A print-ready PDF is preferred whenever possible. PNG and JPG files can work for image-based artwork. We review submitted files for practical production concerns such as size, bleed, resolution, fonts, color, and finishing details, and we will contact you if anything needs attention.

When a proof is required, production begins after your approval. The proof is your opportunity to confirm content, layout, page order, dimensions, and the requested specifications before the job moves forward.

Turnaround depends on quantity, materials, finishing, artwork readiness, and current production capacity. We provide an estimate with the online order or quote, and the production clock begins after required artwork, proof, and order approvals are complete.
